The Badger, Chicago, Heartland and Mid-America chapters rolled into Milwaukee on Jan. 23 to celebrate the best in agri-marketing. The event was held at the Harley Davidson Museum and a near record 161 people registered and attended the event.
Pam Jahnke, the fabulous farm babe from the Wisconsin Farm Report was the emcee for the evening. She kept the crowd laughing and entertained as merit and first place winners were recognized for the best advertising and public relations projects and campaigns from the previous year.
Best of Show for both advertising and public relations went to the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board/Wisconsin Cheese and Shine United for “Love Letters” and “Wisconsin Cheese 2013 Social Media Campaign,” respectively.
All merit and first place winners are eligible to advance to the national competition. Winners will be announced in Jacksonville, Fla. on Wednesday, April 9, at the National NAMA Agri-Marketing Conference.
