Badger NAMA’s workshop on Sept. 11 will help you improve communication with colleagues of all generations. In this interactive and informal workshop, Bob Hagenow will help attendees explore common generational preferences, habits, and fears as well as strategies to enhance communication and collaboration for all ages.
Bob Hagenow is a sales manager with Vita Plus and manages sales consultants from every generation. In addition to his role as a dairy nutritionist, Hagenow is heavily involved in training and recruiting at Vita Plus. He is also an active member of numerous agricultural organizations and well networked throughout the dairy industry.
