Best of NAMA
Entries from the Badger chapter stole the show at the Best of NAMA awards, with eight first place awards, six merit awards and two leader awards. To see the full list of winners, click here.

Workhorse Award – Andrea Bloom, Vita Plus
The Workhorse of the Year Award recognizes individuals who fulfill a major assignment and inspire others to work harder, better and smarter. Andrea was recognized for her work as the Vice Chair of the Membership Committee this year. She led the group to gain better insights through a membership survey.
Horizon Award – John Rozum, Association of Equipment Manufacturers
Horizon Awards recognize achievements by up-and-coming members of the organization on local, regional and national levels. John served as Vice Chair of the Chapter Services Committee and was a member of the Conference Committee. John also represented the Badger chapter on the National Board of Directors.

Student Marketing Teams

The University of Wisconsin-Platteville student marketing team placed fifth overall with its Organic Shake Up marketing plan. Click here to check out their plan. Dominique Breunig also received an ABEF scholarship.
The University of Wisconsin-Madison student marketing team placed second overall with its CoTrio Flavor-infused Cottonseed Baking Oil. Click here to check out their plan. ABEF scholarships were awarded to Elizabeth Sarbacker, Jaime Sawle and Sydney Endres. Erica Ballmer received the Beck Ag scholarship and Kate Griswold earned student NAMA’s highest honor, the RC Ferguson scholarship. The chapter also received a John Deere Signature Award.

The University of Wisconsin-Madison student chapter also nominated the Badger Chapter for its support.
